Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does
not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute
confirmation of our offer to sell. ElectroZone.com reserves the right at
any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for
any reason. ElectroZone.com reserves the right at any time after receipt
of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the
quantity you ordered of any item.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, incorrect
picture or with incorrect information due to typographical error or
error in pricing, picture or product information received from our suppliers, Electrozone.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders
placed for those products. Electrozone.com shall
have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the
order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit
card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is
canceled, Electrozone.com shall issue a credit to your credit card
account in the amount of the charge.
Limitations On Liability
IN NO EVENT WILL ELECTROZONE.COM OR ITS PARENT, AFFILIATES, LICENSEES OR
ANY PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING OR DELIVERING THE SITE OR ITS
PRODUCTS OR SERVICES BE LIABLE IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER FOR ANY
INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING
OUT OF YOUR ACCESS, USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, OR IN CONNECTION
WITH ANY FAILURE OR PERFORMANCE, ERROR, OMISSION, INTERRUPTION, DEFECT,

OR INCONVENIENCE, DELAY, OR LOSS OF THE USE OF THE SITE). THE FOREGOING
LIMITATIONS APPLY WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT,
TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF
ELECTROZONE.COM OR ITS AFFILIATES OR ANY OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF
THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
